Congratulations to Illinois for passing legislation that will make life a great deal easier for bodyshop owners in that state. Please take a moment to read the Illinois House Bill 2164. AUTHOR'S NOTE: we encourage all Illinois bodyshop owners to remember that TCLP test certificates are still the best way to demonstrate the non-hazardous nature of their wastestream products.

The International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE) '98, Dallas, Texas, attracted approximately 32,000 visitors to the Dallas Convention Center. Keep an eye on the ASA site for information and registration opportunities for NACE '99 to be held in Atlanta, GA. NACE 2000 is scheduled for Orlando, FL, and NACE 2001 is set for Las Vegas, NV !
